Changing a Class or Form's Behaviour
Will the behaviour of the class really change ?
Yes ! The change that is specified and agreed at the outset is what you
can expect to see.
How do we know?
We have built up a repertoire of successful interventions over many
years.
What is the process?
1. Careful analysis pinpoint the strategies that need to be employed.
2. Agree interventions with teacher(s)
3. Train and/or support teacher(s) with Interventions
4. Evaluate.
Evaluation
We carefully evaluate all the work that we do.
We will ask student / teachers / organisers to formally evaluate
when our involvement comes to an end.
Our averaged approval rating is very high
